Starwalker Enterprises LLC ("Starwalker," "we," "us," or "our") offers a straightforward refund policy for LA Notary Prep access purchases. We want you to feel confident in your purchase. If the product does not meet your needs, you can request a refund within the window described below.
Refund eligibility
Purchases of LA Notary Prep access passes are eligible for a full refund if a request is submitted within 7 calendar days of the original purchase date, no questions asked.
Refund requests submitted after the 7-day window has elapsed are not eligible for a refund, except where required by applicable law.
Exam-cycle access context
LA Notary Prep access passes are scoped to a specific Louisiana Notary Public Examination testing cycle. The 7-day refund window applies from the date of purchase regardless of the examination date. Access passes are non-transferable and are not eligible for rollover to future testing cycles.
How to request a refund

- The email address used at checkout.
- The product purchased (e.g., "2026 Notary Sprint Pass").
- Your purchase date or Stripe order confirmation number, if available.
We aim to confirm receipt of all refund requests within one business day.
Processing time and method
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your card issuer or bank. We do not issue refunds via alternative payment methods, gift cards, or store credit.
Payment processing fees
Payment processing fees charged by our payment processor (Stripe) at the time of the original transaction are non-refundable. These fees represent approximately 3% of the purchase total and cannot be recovered once a transaction is processed. Your refund will reflect the full purchase price minus these third-party processing fees.
Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your card issuer before contacting us for a refund, we may be unable to process a voluntary refund in parallel. We encourage you to contact us directly first at the email above. We respond promptly and will work to resolve any issue without requiring a dispute process.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The effective date above will reflect the latest version posted on this page. Purchases are subject to the policy in effect at the time of transaction.
